The Center for Teaching Excellence and the Library Commons at The Phillips Memorial Library are co-sponsoring a webinar.
WHAT: The webinar will cover the new beta version of Turnitin.com, an important resource to identify potential cases of plagiarism in students’s work and to educate students about the importance of academic honesty.

Please join Phillips Memorial Library in a presentation of the first online journal to be added to the Providence College Digital Commons, The Prose Poem, and a discussion of other projects in the Digital Commons.
When: Thursday, April 17 at 4 pm
Where: Phillips Memorial Library, Main Floor

The Prose Poem: An International Journal was edited by Professor Peter Johnson from 1992 to 2000. As a part of our ongoing efforts to digitize and make available the research and work of Providence College faculty and students, The Prose Poem is being digitized and added to the Providence College Digital Commons. It can be viewed at http://digitalcommons.providence.edu/prosepoem/
On Thursday April 17th at 4 pm, join us at Phillips Memorial Library for a presentation of the first two online issues and a discussion of other current and future Digital Commons projects. We will discuss how Faculty can submit their own work or set up an original electronic journal as a part of our Digital Commons.
